Excellent Architecture and Planning on Residential Buildings

Single-Family Residences

Coppola Associates has many years of experience working with homeowners who want to update or add to their existing homes or build new houses. We also work with developers in designing plans for subdivision homes, which establishes a unique look and feel for a community, while ensuring its integration with the larger surrounding community.

Determining the tastes and needs of property owners and working within realistic budgets, we design homes in multiple states in both the northeast and the south. Applying Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles help us design healthier and more energy-efficient homes.

Multiple-Family Housing

Coppola Associates designs multiple-family housing units, ranging in size from 15 to over 150 units, which accommodates both families and seniors. Most of these complexes include amenities such as community rooms or clubhouses, laundry facilities, study areas, and office and retail spaces.

We also design senior housing with sensitivity to the physical, social, and financial needs and concerns of our growing senior population. Most of our projects meet green building design objectives — using energy, water, and other resources more efficiently.

For example, Masons Ridge Townhomes in New Windsor, NY utilizes the largest photovoltaic solar array in Orange County and heating systems that burn no fossil fuels. These houses are ENERGY STAR certified.

Coppola Associates has acted as project architect on over 50 multiple-family projects — of which most are dedicated to affordable housing. In total, Coppola Associates has designed over 2,500 units of quality and sustainable affordable housing that has been financed through New York State (NYS) Homes and Community Renewal (HCR).
